We are in the final phases of the closing our Hardman offices and plant in Belleville, NJ and moving production to our new state of the art reactive manufacturing plant in South Bend, IN. An important step in the closure process is the transition of our customer service department from New Jersey to South Bend.
Starting Monday November 30th we will be taking all customer calls, faxes, emails, etc. in our South Bend office. Prior to that any open orders will also be transferred to the South Bend MIS system.
In South Bend we are staffed with 4 customer service representatives and a customer service manager. Each customer will be assigned a permanent CSR to handle and service their account. During the week of November 30th Joan Stein will be in the South Bend offices to work directly with each CSR to insure a smooth transition of the business.
